Hello all,

Ive got here 2 late roman coins. They both have an helmet. Same emperor? one has Rom under it. Should be minted in Rome then? The other has Cola? under it from colonia? Germany coln?

The left one is an Urbs Roma commemorative.
The right one is a Constantinopolis commemorative.
Both are anonymous coins issued in the first half of the 4th century.

So the first one after an look should be this one?
AE3 City Commemorative. VRBS ROMA, bust of Roma left in visored crested helmet and imperial mantle / she-wolf & twins, two stars above. Mintmark R star Q. RIC VII Rome 370; Sear 16509.

The second one (right) coin is then.. PLG mintmark. Lyon?
Is this coming close?

Not the best picture, the mintmark on the first one looks like RT - with a loupe you should be able to make it out clearly.
The smaller one seems to have the PLG mintmark as you stated.

it says RO when it is a litle cleaner. Probably from ROM?

The coin on the left is most likely RIC VII 354 with the mint mark being R wreath Q (Q is likely a bit off flan)
