Might grade as high as MS-63 if luster is intact across the fields. Otherwise, AU-58 seems likely. Obverse star radials are nearly complete which isn't the usual case for braided hair cents so the strike appears well above average. Nice coin! Report this Post to the Staff

Unless the weak spot is a known artifact for the date, I'm afraid it might be considered sufficient damage to be of note. Observing the relevant area of the reverse, it almost looks like it might have been removed from a mount. On the other hand it certainly didn't circulate long enough for milk to spoil.
