I am not familiar with this coin but the 5 Cedis coins are bullion coins. It looks like it sys Ag 9.25 33.63 g. So that would look to be a bullion coin to me.

Although it's bullion, it's a stunning design, so I would be prepared to pay a premium over melt for it.
