Does the amount of errors or die cracks have an effect on value? Just wondering cause of one I found today that has die cracks on obverse and reverse and has metal filled 5's on date ?

Given the year of your coin and that in the 50s dies were run past their useful life, there are probably more specimens to be had which would drive any premium down. A multi-error coin in more recent times might fetch more interest and maybe more value. Either way, the premium probably wouldn't be very much as there are few error collectors that take interest in things like cracks, or so I'm told. I find cracks and other anomalies interesting on coins but there are only a few listed on ebay for example that spark any interest in me.

It's all in the eye of the beholder as to interest and value and what they will pay for a specimen like yours. Enjoy your coin!

This one is just not a common die crack error. I thought I'd seen that die crack before on the bust. It is a die variety; 1955S-1MM-002
