From the (quite poor) pictures which are not the right side up, it is rather a Tornesello from Michele Steno (1400-1413). Really wonder how the seller could get that wrong.

I am not too familiar with this coinage and do not own any examples but maybe I just got a copy of Ralph S. Walker's, Reading Medieval European Coins. It's only 40 pages but looks promising.
