Ok pretty sure this cannot be caused in the minting process. But since I'm usually wrong before I'm right I just want a second opinion before I throw it back in the roll. It is on the tail on reverse side.

Here is an overlay:

The punch used on the tail feathers should have a raised area on the temple area. PSD, obverse looks alerted.
