I believe it would be a details coin due to the scratches on the coin but what grade would you all place on it? Thank you!

I'm at F12 details. This IS a problem coin.
Unfortunately, I would only pay G money for it.

F-15 details AG-3 net grade unfortunately. 1822 is a fairly common date so I don't believe this coin would have much value over $10.
