Considering the contact marks on the bust and the large scratch under ribus and the contact marks next to the left wheat stalk and the wear on the O in one, I would grade it a MS-62.

Ok. look. This coin can NOT be MS64. It looks like it took a mineral water bath too. But look at all of these contact marks and wear!!!

IMO, the whole purpose of these grading threads is to give our opinions, and to practice grading, and to have fun. I never claim to be right or wrong on any of them. Grading is subjective....I think I've seen that on an ebay listing or two
