Ok, So I think one side is for sure. The other side appears to be aswell but additionally its folded on its self? Can some help correctly Identify? You guys are the best!! Also the date is not visiable. Can I distinguish the year by visible examination of the Coin, or would liquids be involved? Thank you in advance for reading and offering your opinion.

Yes, it got slammed hard between something. The sides are flat - clips would be curved - and it has circulated since which flattened the metal pushed upwards.

The metal in the areas where the rims were compressed has been pushed upwards, thus increasing the thickness at these points. That displaced metal has subsequently been worn down to approximate the thickness of the rest of the coin.
