Perhaps I am biased. I have known Jim Noble since before he started trading.
Depends what you have available for auction.
Leading auction houses' fees can be comparatively high, and to justify those fees, you need 'big ticket' items for auction.
I would negotiate with the leading coin auction businesses and give them a good idea of what you have for sale. A decision to select which one may come out of that.
Perhaps you may find it easier and more fun sell some of the lesser valued items on
ebay in small aggregations, and avoid big auction fees.
Ask yourself: WHY do I need to sell?
I think the need to sell has to be
really important, not just money for a trip, or to buy a car.
For me, the answer was to raise money for a house.
