Nice coin, is this common for these coins, and does the splitting usually occur on these out of collar strikes?

The coins are Identical date and mint ,, the fact that the coin is completely missing the reeding says it was struck out of the third die(collar) quote: Nice coin, is this common for these coins, and does the splitting usually occur on these out of collar strikes?
Im not sure just how rare a coin like this is from the Mexican mint, I can tell you that I have looked at thousands of Mexican coins and this is the first of this type I have seen,, as for the cracked /split planchet ,, I have seen other out of collar struck coins which did not split /crack or break ,, I have to admit though that this is the first of this composition that I have seen so just how common that is for this metal type I cannot say with any authority .
