Dear all

Please help me to identify this token or a jetón. It says T 1 1/2 on both sides. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks!

How much does it weigh? My first thought would be that this may be a 1.5g weight for use on a scale.

Based on the typeface used, I would guess early 20th century.

Hi Finn235. Thanks for the response. I dont know, I didn't weight it. On the other hand T could be for Train, or Tram.

There seems to be a fish on it, so I think that it's some sort of market check for 1 1/2 containers of fish, perhaps issued by a market or wholesaler whose name begins with T in a similar way to hop tokens http://www.tokensociety.org.uk/topi.../index.shtml being used as a measure of production of picked hops.
