1983 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC PMD Or ?

Sudz Pillar of the Community United States 1572 Posts	Posted 02/25/2015 3:13 pm It kind of looks like someone took it upon themselves to use a fine tip ball-point pen to color in the entire reverse field of this coin, not the devices, and the ink has mostly worn away. Be better if this was not done to Zinc Cents or any coin,its going to suck bad when a 1992 D CAM comes thur here and well your guesses are as good as my guess. Lets hope not.
