Looks like its's got something going on with the rim by Liberty.

The bust looks normal.

I've noticed that many 1949s have porous or grainy looking fields. This looks like a typical LDS coin perhaps from my phone. If it were Henning the folks here asking for the reverse should be able to spot it. I'm not sure if '49 was a Henning year off the top of my head.

It looks real, but mishandled or otherwise damaged post mint in some way.

Looks good with some environmental damage or planchet issues. I'd eat my hat if you had a Henning with such sharp details.

It's not a Henning nickel.

He only made them with the following dates on them:
1939
1944
1946
1947
1953
