Well, it appears there may be some doubling above the eagle's head and wings, but I don't believe there's a VAM for that. The mintmark seems to be in awfully low relief, too. The rim outside the dentils on the obverse looks odd to me, but that might just be an artifact of this image.

From the standpoint of wear, its condition might come in as high as low AU, but I'm not seeing much in the way of mint luster (unless these are scans, which would then be the reason for that).

No scans its a photo and it sits in a holder for a necklace --thats poss why the outer each looks funny.
