I know a couple of really good graders that have made millions cracking out
TPG slabbed coins and resubmitting, two are ex-graders one PCGS the other NGC. I'd say this is the kind of coin they would look for, I still think it has a shot at an UNC grade. Unless I saw it in hand there may be a touch of rub we can't see from the static photos. A really good candidate for an upgrade either higher AU or MS. Worth a shot on this one, I would crack it out before sending it in, and not keeping it in the holder for an upgrade. Seems PCGS is not upgrading as many resubmits in holders these days. Do you know how old this slab is (when it was encapsulated)?
