Just noticed that Vancouver Island Coin Kid's description has been changed from "Pillar of the Community" to "Forum Kid." Not sure of the exact reason, but I'll assume that this is a good thing because (to my knowledge) he is just the second person in CCF history to carry this title.  |

i was gonna ask about this too, congrats Vancouver...kid, just wondering, is this title a one off or for every member under a certain age?

I think so dollarman. Sometimes we can get into really, let's just say "involved" debates. I think it's a cautionary measure so we have perspective.

Not sure why we gave him the title, but you can rest assured we're not in any way going to ever call general attention to the YN's here. 20% of our membership is YN's. We're here to protect them, not dox them.

It's nice to here 20% of our members are YNs. I think this is a great forum for them to learn new things from. Heck, I remember back before that fancy thing called the Internet was around. Most of my learning came from the Red Book, old Coin World mags, or the occasional small town auction. Edited by Nickel Guy

Iv looked at Vancouver IslandCoinKid`s username and wondered why it wasn't what it is now. John1, that is a very good question. Now If the other coin kid comes back there will be two!
