B-4. It's known in later die states than this one - a huge radial crack next to OF develops. Believe it or not, the obverse die was also used later for B-5. I'm really interested in that curve on the cheek. No idea what it is.
Never mind, I found another B-4 with it.

I will guess EF-40. I think PCGS may have bumped up the grade a bit since it looks like it may have a little bit of luster around the stars and reverse lettering.

VF25 with a VF35 reverse. Not sure if PCGS would bump up the grade due to the strength of the reverse though. VF30 seems right.
