Defenatly a good score! Awsome eye apeal! I'mnot super good at grading these, but i'd say MS-63 easily, if not better.

Color like this is not out of the pale for Peace dollars, where it might be questioned on other issues. All the same, a TPG would likely call it artificial. Beautiful color, strong strike, 63 all day. Who cares what the TPG thinks?

Thanks for the responses. I graded it ms 62. This won't be sent off for grading. Has more value to me in my type set. The color looks a bit more silver in hand, but there is still plenty of gold and some deeper colors around the rim. It stood out on the shelf as much as any coin I've ever seen.
It's in a thick capital plastic (or similar) holder. I'mpretty sure it's been there for a long time.

Sweet coin, and certainly cleaner of marks than my recent post (1923 Peace), but a question...
The horizontal marks near the eagle and on it's leg feathers..detremental to the grade?

The horizontal marks are definitely detrimental to the grade. Had tey not been there, I think I would have graded this coin ms 64.

Solid MS63, close to 64
These coins were fed into bins after minting, the marks you see on reverse are called 'coin chatter' , from banging into other coins.
The colors look over-saturated, probably less subdued in hand.
