Brutal luster. Weaker obverse but still FSB and better reverse. 65 anyways. Expect this from 1941-S but it's still a good one.

Most dates of Mercury dimes struck in San Francisco were inferior quality, but 1941-S is an exception. They are frequently well struck and semi-prooflike examples are pretty common. This one fits that pattern, other than some weakness in the periphery.
