I'd say MS62, not sure if dipped/cleaned

Thanks for the responses.

I bought it from Sean at Taylor's Coins on Avenue road. Hes a pretty cool guy and can put up with a lot of my annoying questions.

I've never heard of him before, if you're ever near Clarkson there's a place called century, that's my LCS, they're pretty good and very knowledgeable.
