If you take it out of the holder, you could probably get a better picture that does not show as many scratches.
That being said, I would grade it on what I see as MS62.

Yeah.. I agree with JimmyD, needs to come out of the 2x2 so we can get a better look..

Good, bought it as an MS62-63. I'll take some fresh photos later when I transfer my new acquisitions to the Numis squares.

Well played around with my lifecam and my photos are nowhere near as good as the seller's pics I've already posted - I guess the lifecam is good enough for banknotes but not so great for coins

I think it's been cleaned. It's got that dirt around the legends hairlines in the fields look to it.

What you're seeing is in the 2x2 plastic, I can assure you that there is not a scratch or swirl on the coin

I agree with kbbpll, it is too shiny for a coin of 1935, (particularly the obverse on the bust of the King), I think it has been cleaned. If it is the plastic, there should be an angle to shoot another pic to confirm, otherwise it should be noted as a detail.
