Red Book, Blue Book, Coin Prices magazine and coppercoins variety listing. I like a ball park figure. I would like to have a gray sheet, but it probably cost too much for what I need it for. It would probably be the best choice of the three you listed. The other two I've never heard of. I guess I should come out from under my rock once in a while?

I use coin price magazine now that is not to say that is what you will pay for the coin or it's true value it is just a guide.

ebay mostly. But I must say when ever I really love the look I've end up paying more than some price guides.

First I live in the US and collect Australian coins.
I have found that most American dealers know very little about Australian coins other than how beautiful they are. (or that certain coins like the 34/35 florin has value or that bullion coins have value)

I did not vote because I have found that
If I go to a local shop with a copy of my Australian Coins and banknotes in hand. Then I have the upper hand. This has also helped me get a few bullion coins for less than bullion value.

I always use this as a price guide and then remind the dealer that the books quotes Australian dollars not US dollars. Thus the amount listed is less (exchange rates)

I have yet in the US had to pay more than "issue price" in the USA.
that is not true in dealing with Australian - internet or ebay dealers

Happy wheeling and dealing.
