This is similar to a set I have listed on my omnicoin site, yours seem a bit older than mine which ended with Bill Clinton. I haven't been able to find any info on the set.

I think Shell oil or Texaco oil had them in the 80s you would get 1 a month with a fill up

Someone else posted another presidential tokens and because I have since learned more about them I thought this one could do with some updating as well.

They were released in sets by the Reader's Digest. I bought some and here are the scans.

Shell had them in the early 70's. I have the whole set from Shell, ending with Tricky Dick Nixon.
