$500 Mckinley Note - Coin Community Forum

TSmith3510 Valued Member United States 455 Posts	Posted 10/16/2007 12:02 am I haven't bought one yet, but eventually I'm going to get a McKinley note. One is good condition, crispy if I can find one. Question, doe any / many of you folks own a McKinley note? Great conversation piece, huh? Any regrets tying up money in an old note like that? I've spent serious money for coins, never for a note thought. This would be my first. Any advice would be appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

I told her it would depended on the year, series, and condition, as I don't know anything about notes. I told her I'd like to have it but I would wind up buying a box of halves with it anyways LOL. I said I would look into it but without knowing the year and series- impossible, she said its in real good shape.
