Anything on record showing 2 teardrop shapes
on the cheek below the eye, obv. 86 cent ?
If not, it is just PM damage.

Plated cents minted after the switch in 1982 can have bumps, dots, spots , bubbles etc. anywhere due to problems with the plating. This is as common as sand at Jones Beach. Probably just a few well placed bumps due to the plating.
