I recently bought a coin on ebay,
Paid less than its worth, excessive shipping and long delivery
never the less I sent a positive feedback,
for a coin I didn't need,I just wanted the feedback,
Sent seller an ebay email politely reminding them of this.
Its been 2 weeks,is this typical,what should I do?

Not much you can do ebay do not require you or the seller to leave feedback..
Buying stuff just to get feedback is a little strange.

It was a 1929 s Mercury dime in VF,nice.
got it for 40 cents and $5 shipping
which I didn't realize till after auction
joined at the 1 min mark,
figured what the heck I could use the feedback anyway.

Ah all is clear now....
Don't feel bad I have bid in stuff that seemed very cheap at the last few seconds of the auction before only to find the reason why the item was so cheap...
got to keep an eye on those shipping charges. Did they say what method of shipping they were going to use i.e. priority mail? Did they ship it the same way they said they would?
I have had some luck in the past getting shipping partially refunded on items that were shipped in a regular envelope first class when the auction says priority mail.

One thing I really don't like about the feedback is how vindictive it can get. I am really leery of leaving anything other than completely positive for fear that something negative will be left about me. However, I have yet to have a truly horrible experience.
