AHHH. It's one of those very, very rare 1955 Poor Man's Double Die's that has the famous second 5 doubled. Possibly only a few million around. It's that last .99 in the price that made me stop or I would have ordered several of them.
I don't think he is going to fool anyone, but I would send him a friendly email letting him know he was mistaken about the coin and that if the coin had any minute chance of being a double die 1955/1955 ANACS would have surely named it as such. The BIN would put it out of most peoples reach that could afford it, and the ones that can afford it usually know what to look for. But I would definately try to email him to see if he would make an amendment to the auction before I reported it
I don't think it would do any good to report it. However this guy knows what he is doing in the hype department check out some of his other auctions. Where he hypes his Jefferson nickels by claiming 99% and 75% full steps it either is or it is not full steps.
