These are pewter medals from a series titled "America's First Medals" issued by the US Mint. They commemorate Famous Battles of the American Revolution issued in 1973. I have some listed in my omnicoin collection at: https://www.omnicoin.com/?collection=echizento

Hey for a change, that's some great medals. Most medals that I see are poorly done but this is something I like.

I did some research on those years ago, and if I remember correctly, they originally sold for around $75 per set. About 4 years ago you could buy them for $2 each. I doubt they are worth much more that than now.


I checked completed sales on ebay. Yep, still selling for nothing. A complete set in the original holder, $18 shipped.
