Hello all,
Can anybody help me ID my 1832 Half Dime?
I came across the link below, hopefully it works.
This is a great reference site for varieties.
I am using the pix to compare my coins to their examples
and started my bust Half Dimes.
I am trying to use the same idea as in the
Overton book for half dollars by lining up specific letters, stars etc.
I think I have an LM6,but I don't trust my skills yet
and was hoping somebody had a reference book and would be willing to help me confirm this, grading opinion appreciated also.
My coin is nicer in hand, lousy scan not as dark.
Thanks

I wish I could help you on this one but from the way it looks my 1832 in my dansco album is a LM-5 because both "S's" is filled in the loops of "STATES"
