The chatter's pretty extensive on this specimen, so I doubt it'd top MS62, which is not all that great for an issue for which there are a lot of high grade survivors. Not knowing what you paid, I can't really advise you whether you ought to return it or not, but I can assure you that you could quite easily upgrade it.

Great coin but she's a bit too baggy on the obverse for a 63 so I'll say a strong MS-62. Call it 62+
