Hello! Today is the first day of spring break, so naturally I celebrated with a box of pennies. I found this penny in one of the later rolls of the box, and since I've never found a clipped coin in any of the 10 or so boxes I've serched, I'm not sure: -If this is a clip -If they are both clips -Value
PSD. Note the rim in that area? It has been bent. This could not be a mint error. Someone damaged it. Possibly thrown down on cement and scratched on the edge removing part of the plating while scratching it on cement.
