Just wondering if this is a struck through error, I am thinking it is based on how the indented area looks under magnification.

I don't see any raised metal where it would be if that metal was moved out of the way. I can't wait to see what the experts say.

It might be a struck through rim bur. But looks like a mint error. Note the ends of the struck through error.
