Nice coin. I can't help you with the the number of the coin but I think AU-55 is way too high. Hair is quite worn for AU. I would not say over EF.

The attribution seems correct however an AU55 on grade is aggressive.

This appears to be Courteau variety 11, having a rarity factor of 1 (common).

Many of this series are poorly struck. AU 50.
