From those pics I can't tell if the black ink is washed out or not. Most pictures do give that "screen door" effect behind the portrait. Report this Post to the Staff
westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7614 Posts	Posted 03/14/2015 01:22 am Usually, when the 3rd printing (green treasury seal/green serial numbers and black district seal/black district numbers) is missing, it's both overprints that are missing because either the note misses the 3rd printing all together OR the sheet was inserted Into the press wrong and it gets the 3rd printing on the backside. I'd be highly suspect if only one is missing and not both. My Two Cents. Report this Post to the Staff
