I see machine damage/die deterioration on the devices on the in the date mint mark mint mark area.(RPMs are not possible after 1990 as the mint marks are part of the design of the dies for the mints.) Heavy die flow lines on the EPU area making me think the devices on the left side could be spread to the left on the "R" on PLURIBUS from die wear in that area. Weakness on the EPU devices on the right side of these devices are weak because of the slight amount of grease in the dies preventing the tapering of these devices.(leaving the devices looking wider.) The bottoms of the USA on the reverse show a slight amount of machine damage on the bottoms of these devices. There is a lot of struck through slight amount of grease in certain areas. The Motto is one, USA, parts of "LI" & "TY" on LIBERTY and on the reverse the weakness on the olive leaves, the bands being weak, and the flame in the torch. While all this is going on with your coin, it is common to find these events, but your coin has the mixture going on but still no premium for this. Machine damage, Struck through slight amount of grease and Die Deterioration from the coin being in it later die states as common as a Senior citizen getting old, being sick and over looked.

I see a Die Chip in the P in Pluribus. As for the rest of this Dime I agree with Cooper.
