2014 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set NGC Submissions

Submit the 2014 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set to NGC for a special pedigree. Special submission instructions must be followed.

The US Mint will release a 2014 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set on March 17, 2015. It will contain a 2014-S Silver Dime, five 2014-S Silver America the Beautiful Quarters, a 2014-S Silver Kennedy half dollar and a 2014-W Silver Eagle. A maximum of 50,000 sets will be sold.

NGC will offer a special LIMITED EDITION SET pedigree for these coins. This pedigree will be listed separately in the NGC Census.

To qualify for the LIMITED EDITION SET pedigree, the following special submission instructions must be followed.

Submission Instructions

Coins must remain in the sealed US Mint shipping boxes, and the entire unopened package must be sent to NGC for certification. NGC must open these boxes in order for the coins to qualify for the LIMITED EDITION SET pedigree.
These sets may not be submitted to NGC at trade shows.
Select the Modern grading tier or higher and select "Special Label/Designation - Other" under the Services section. Write LIMITED EDITION SET in the space provided.
Coins for this pedigree must be submitted on their own submission form.
NGC's default label will be its standard brown label shown below:

LIMITED EDITION SET is the only pedigree or designation available for these coins. They will not qualify for FIRST DAY OF ISSUE, EARLY RELEASES or FIRST RELEASES.
