Hello, I was just wondering, I see a few susan b Anthony near date wide rim coins for sale at prices of $1,000-$3,000, is this the proper sale price for this variety? Or are they reaching at unusually high prices? I was just wondering because I have 3 of them, 2 are 1979 p near date, wide rim and one is a S MM(not wide/near date though) but I don't know if these prices are just ridiculous or accurate.

$1,000.00 is only a "proper sales price" if someone buys it at that price. I don't expect the coins you mentioned selling at those prices. If they get dropped to the $50 - $70 range, then they might get some bites.

The RedBook value has been dropping the past 5-8 years, so take that as a message.

Yea, unless they are top of the line, nowhere near that much. I have a couple UNCs from a roll I got a long time ago, and they are not even worth submitting to a TPG.
