After languishing in the display case for a few weeks, this one became available at "tray of shame" pricing. Original mint luster, exhibits the cartwheel effect (albeit the fields are actually a bit reflective, but to no more than a semi-prooflike degree).

Now that's a bagmark! Seems to have derived from an impression into the surface by another coin's dentils. The question is whether if it were to be submitted this dooms the specimen to a "details" annotation no matter what.

That denticle necklace may hold it to 62.

All it does is look brighter that way, with the luster actually hiding marks - these slightly angled views with the lighting coming across the coin's surfaces show the fine details the best.

I'll give my thoughts. I do think it's uncirculated, but it has numerous problems besides the obvious "dentil necklace" - a few gouges on Liberty's lower cheek, and another disturbed area about halfway down her neck. On the reverse, there're three small gouges near the arrow tips, two longer gouges across the eagle's breast, two rim dings to the right, and to top it off the odd black streak running down from the eagles wing through the "O" in "ONE". That's a lot of distracting stuff going on, and despite the nice fields, I judge the strike to be just mediocre, as evidenced by the slight flatness to Liberty's hair above her ear and some lack of definition in the eagle's breast feathers. For all these reasons, I don't think this one gets beyond MS61 and it might be a candidate for MS60.

I thought sharp strike Lucky because the large wreath leaf to the left of the bow is struck well and not flat with the mid line bring well defined? But I'm still learning.
