Poll Question
I hope these 6 choices will cover all. I realize if you pick 4 or 5 that does not mean that all raw or graded coins are matched with U.S mint packaged coins too.

Poll Choices
 Raw
 Graded
 U.S. Mint packaged only
Both Raw and U.S. Mint packaged
Both Graded and U.S. Mint packaged
 Raw and Graded

Will there ever be a "U.S. General" forum?

This kind of thread is definitely NOT non-country-specific.

I moved this from Main to US Modern. It is certainly more Modern than Classic.

Is it considered OGP if they are packaged by the GSA 80-90 years later?

Raw mostly. Got about half a dozen graded specimens (all coins with a single banknote)

Graded coins seem to take up too much space. Same with Mint Packaging. Now if the mint packaging was more than just paper and cardboard...

And there's just something about a raw coin.

All the above. Raw, graded, OGP. So no vote here.

Almost entirely raw. Never bought a slabbed coin, and rarely buy modern mint "products", from any country.

I would like a graded coin just for giggles but I mostly collect raw junk silver since it's all I can afford to fill my albums.

Most everything I have is raw. Ancient and Medieval coins don't come in mint packaging. With my modern world coins I usually specially purchase ones without packaging because I feel guilty throwing it away (I know some people like it so I don't want to ruin something for future collectors). My ATB silver proof are in mint packaging and I will probably keep them there. I only have thee graded coins. One I specifically bought graded because it was rarer. The other two were happenstance, cheaper graded at the time than not graded. I'll probably get some of the more rare coins graded in the future, but my plan doesn't isn't too have a lot of them.
