They're both '54 modified... $10 looks like it's a solid VF... The $5 might make EF... would have to see it in hand... as for value.. I'm not sure I don't have my cataloge with me as of yet... let someone else chime in ... or check e-bay or C&C for valuations

Yeah i'd keep them rather than sell (not much more than face is what you'll get).
But the 10$ looks more like an EF to me. STill not worth selling imo

Even if the $10.00 was EF,

it would still only have a book price of $16.00.

Not bad deal for face value though.

The $10 has a fold-over in the bottom left (easier to see on the back side {reverse for you coin guys}) and a dog ear on the bottom right corner... Those two aspect alone put me close to the VF.. and I'd bet that there's not 100% of the embossing... that's why I said VF..
