this planchet is the size of a nickewl dollar and was found in a presentation with one but the lot also includedtrade dollars of almost the same weight. specs: weight : 14.7 grams diameter : 32mm thickness : 2mm planchet type: 2(rimmed) magnetic : yes  thanks     Feel free to call me Will.

any help would be great, perhaps someone knows what coins were struck by the mint for other countries fitting these specs.?

looks like its either a Trade dollar planchet of unknown origin or a Papau New Guinea One Kina.

I can XRF it, and then you'll know for sure... at first glance, it does not look like pure nickel.

If it is, I would say you are looking at a coin with a very thin market! Probably very scarce, but probably also a coin with very scarce buyers.

that's what I would be afraid of, the only thing going for if value wise is the fact that it is a RCM error on a larger size example.
