thedollarman Pillar of the Community Canada 4911 Posts	Posted 03/22/2015 1:54 pm to explain further, it is caused by something on the die preventing a full strike, examples of what causes this is often referred to as grease but can include debris, water, grease, slag and possibly other things that I cant recall at the moment. it is called a strike through error.
