You have a coin from a VLDS (Very Late Die State) die. The dies deteriorate and the 50's wheat cents are no exceptions to over use of the dies during that era.

You have what is called a "poor mans " 1955 as mentioned and pictured above. Fun to find,but not the real thing. Keep searching!

These were interesting as a kid but it's of no value or interest to me at this point. As you search rolls of coins you find this phenomenon over and over. You could make the case that other years produced even worse cases of Die Deterioration Doubling.
