Hi all, this is a coin that I have seen similar types on various coin sites but don't know where to start with an attribution.
It has a shield on 1 side within a circle ( symbols in shield ) and a bull with horns ( star between horns ) flower right & crescent left on the other.
Weight - 0.66g
Size - 13mm

The word " OBVLCO " appears on the similar ones I have seen but there is no text or legend to help me on mine.
Any help will be appreciated, TIA.

Theres nothing on the Wildwinds page. I managed to trawl through 25 pages on " Lucernaes " site but nothing like mine.
It might have to go on the " mystery " pile for a while as I have several others I need help with.

When ever I type in OBVLCO into my search engine, I get a bunch of Iberian- Celt coins that show up. I don't want to mislead you but I think it might be a Spanish celtic coin.

There is a reference at the bottom of that page (http://romaniancoins.org/alexandru.html) to a bronze coin, not pictured...could this be the type?

Not sure, Augustus Maximus, but it's really close (your link)...it's a bit difficult discerning the specific motifs on the coat of arms on tenbobbit's coin...But clearly we are in the ballpark...

AM, only the symbol in the shield is different.
It looks like 2 staffs or similar instead of a sword,
Hearts top and bottom with circles inbetween.
Awesome efforts BOB & AM, many thx

I would assume the differences in the shield design between tenbobbit's coin and the one linked to by Augustus Maximus are due to corrosion damage, rather than an actual design difference. It was, originally, a dagger. I'd say we can call it a match.

The "bull" on Moldavian coins such as this one (and on the coats of arms of modern Romania and Moldova) is an aurochs, a now-extinct species of wild cattle that still lived in Central Europe at the time this coin was minted.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Totally disagree with that assumption SAP, it certainly isn't a dagger or sword as depicted in AM's example

There are 2 symbols, 1 longer than the other which I have attempted to draw.
I have plenty of info to work with now so hopefully I will find its match soon.
