Indeed Carl - Lincoln's ghost. It made me smile when I saw it, so a quick pic before releasing it. I wonder if the mint worker did that with the intention of getting someone like me to find it.

The top 3 coin related Twilight Zone episodes.

Rip Van Winkle. Relates to a gold heist in the 1930's and gold has no value 100 years later when they wake up.

The Fever where a guy hits the silver dollar slot (sorry no original episode video with the classic silver sound)

And then there was the one where a guy threw a quarter in the box of of other silver coins of the corner newspaper salesman and it stood on end and he got the paper for free (can't find the episode)

"Franklin. Franklin. Franklin.!"

The coin-on-edge episode is called "A Penny for Your Thoughts." It's available on You Tube. Due to this once-in-a-lifetime event, the man (played by Dick York) acquired telepathic powers.

Here's a still from the crucial moment. I see two Walking Liberty halves, a SLQ, and one Buffalo nickel amidst all that other beautiful silver! A nice snapshot of 1961 pocket change.

Heh, it's interesting to see how worn down that SLQ is, even 54 years ago!

It is.

Hmmm... A 1916 SLQ would be 45 years old there, like seeing a 1970 quarter today. Someone, look for the 1916 markers!
