1990 Kennedy Half With Mis-Placed Mint Mark.

Has anyone ever seen or heard of a 1990 JFK Half with the mint mark out of place? The one I have appears to be considerably lower than normal. It is so low on the coin that it is between the NINES of the 1990, I have searched many places about this coin, but have turned up empty !

The mint marks are hand placed until that year of your coin. So they are now part of the design. So it be interesting to see what you are seeing. Here are the normal locations for this year.
