I have been trying unsuccessfully for a day now to get the image optimizer to load and it says that "webresizer apikey" not found. Could someone please explain to me what is wrong or what if anything I can do to fix this. Thanks

What browser are you using?

It's working perfectly for me and there are no other complaints.

Hello Bobby I'm using internet explorer, and up until yesterday was having no issues at all. I've rebooted my computer and my anti-virus scans are performed daily. I've changed nothing that I'm aware of. I could see no one else was having this problem, maybe Ill try rebooting the router, but I can still post, just can't load the optimizer.

I rebooted everything and I'm still getting the same problem, I'm not having any issues with any other sites through internet explorer either and my version is up to date. Not sure what to do or what happened. I'm sure I haven't changed anything.

The status is still the same this morning and I can see that no one else is having this problem. I just don't know what happened to create this problem and I don't know how to fix it. The Free Image Opimizer is a site link and I don't think I can do anything to affect it right? There is nothing that has changed on my computer that I am aware of.

This is the only message that comes up as optimizer sits there trying to load. I don't know how to fix this?

It looks like something on your side is filtering out the API key, or maybe even javascript altogether. This can be your browser or maybe your security software.

Can you try with a different browser? IE is notoriously bad, so much so that Microsoft is even bringing a brand new browser in Windows 10.

An update to Malware or Virus software or any other third party tool could do it.

Ok so I loaded this chrome web browser and low and behold problem solved, must be IE 11. Thanks all for helping me straighten this out. I just have to get used to CHROME now.

Thank-you all again

Well using Chrome seems to have solved this problem, so it was maybe IE11. Thanks all for helping me solve this issue.

When having issues with a browser, trying another is always a good move. This can confirm the problem, or limit it to a specific browser. In your case, I would be inclined to think something changed with IE or IE configuration (Windows Update?). It can also be security apps related, so any updates to an antivirus or firewall software can also cause this.

Anyway, I am glad it's working in Chrome. It may take a bit getting used to, but I prefer it to IE.
