I have reported many of them to ebay and ZERO have been removed from sale... Makes it VERY scary to buy coins nowadays...you know these will be resold to unsuspecting buyers... Ed52151 Valued Member United States 56 Posts	Posted 04/01/2015 3:35 pm I just found someone selling a 2008 Silver Philharmonic Proof on ebay. The problem is, there were never any proofs minted. In this case it was an honest mistake though. Just another case of an uninformed seller listing something they had no knowledge of. I informed her and she immediately changed the listing.
