I'm uncertain what you're trying to convey by your comment on html.
The way that I look at it is in this way.
If you have any camera that can take a photo(digital or not) the end result would be some type of an image.
This resulting image could even be one produced on the old type of Kodak photographic paper etc....
Anyhow, my suggestion would be to take your photographic results to a business that is able to scan in your photo or alternately facilitate a pathway for the related bits to find their way to CCF. The bottom line is that this same business should be able to very easily create a photo suitable for uploading to any CCF thread.
In the states we have places such as Kinkos(
http://www.fedex.com) that are those womb-to-tomb type of businesses dedicated to assisting their clients in copying or creating digital photos of any type. They should be able to preview your photo with you having html enabled before they email it to CCF.
When you go to
http://www.fedex.com type in 'cloud print' in the search bar to see ten (10) pages of details explaining the available options for this type of service in your area.
In fact, I searched for the nearest location in your area of Nüremberg, Germany and found a Fedex/Kinkos at:
FedEx Station
82.75 km
Emmericher Str. 27 ,Nüremberg, 90411
The html factor becomes a non-issue by doing it this way.
If my explanation has assisted you in anyway or helps to address your specific problem, I'm sure that the CCF moderators(mods) would be able to provide you with a specific email address that your Kinko-like business could utilize to enable the transfer of your photo(s) for subsequent uploading to this CCF thread.
good luck,
